Dear Families;

The Ontario Government has closed schools to in-person learning until January 17.  We understand the stress that this puts families under, in particular those families who do not have access to a device for remote learning.

If you require a device for your child(ren) then please let your child’s teacher know.  This will be recorded on a spreadsheet for tracking purposes.  When you arrive you will first need to fill out a Device Agreement Form before receiving a device.

Devices will be handed out according to the following schedule.   Please arrive only at the time scheduled for your child’s class.  If you have more than one child at Meadowlane, you can pick up all the devices requested at once.

9:00 – 9:45             Kindergarten

9:45 – 10:30           Grade 1A

10:30 – 11:15          Grade 2A

11:15 – 12:00          Grade 2/3A

12:00 – 12:45         Grade 3/4A

12:45 – 1:30            Grade 4/5A

1:30 – 2:15              Grade 5/6A

2:15 – 3:00             Grade 5/6B
