Parents who wish to have the school administer prescribed or any form of medication must obtain and complete the Authorization Form from the school. The school does not administer any kind of over-the-counter headache remedies or painkillers and parents are asked not to send such medications with their children unless an Authorization Form has been completed and the medication is kept at the office.
